New clients must book a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. Scheduling opens up every 30 days and all appointments require a deposit. If you are unsure what to schedule, please text a picture of your desired style. Allow me 24hrs of your message to respond. If you’re needing to reschedule please allow 24hrs before your schedule time to avoid being charge the remaining balance fee. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment Methods Cash is highly preferred. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, and Credit Cards only. Gloss Genius requires a card on file for late cancellations and no-shows. Late Policy An additional $25 will be charge after being 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation with a 30% charge and deposit will be forfeited.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment. The cancellation fee will not be added to next service or booking.
